The entire complex sits on Smokehouse Bay, with shoppes, restaurants, the open-air bar at CJ's Waterfront Restaurant on the Bay, Mango's Dockside Bistro, Deep Lagoon Seafood & Fish Market, shopping and other diversions such as Cold Stone Creamery and the Island Cheese Company. A 77-slip marina hosts boats with direct access to the Gulf.

WEEKLY VACATIONS ARE PERMITTED AT THE ESPLANADE!!

TOTAL MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AT ESPLANADE 308 FOR ANY GIVEN TIME IS LIMITED TO 6 PERSONS.  
CHILDREN, TODDLERS, AND INFANTS MUST BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY TOTAL.


Published Pricing is for Conventional Saturday to Saturday Dates Only

Always remember to book lodging before flights!

25% Deposit with Executed Lease Agreement is required to book the condo, larger deposits may be called for during peak season and extended stays

Adults age 25 and older required to secure reservation

Final Payment due 60 days before check-in

Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to check-in

$225 Departure Cleaning Fee 
$69 Security Deposit Protect 
$75 Reservation 
12% Florida Tourist Tax Required

** If a monthly rental, $100 Association Application will Apply.
