Marco Island has been named the #3 island in the U.S. by the 2013 TripAdvisor Travelers Choice® Islands award, based on millions of travelers’ reviews.

TripAdvisor may be the single most referred to on-line guide for travelers and every year those same travelers have the opportunity to vote in various “Best of” categories. In 2013, Marco Island was voted #3 out of scores of U.S. islands reviewed.

Of course, at Marco Escapes, we consider Marco Island to be #1. But, considering the competition, we’ll accept third place with gratitude, a smile and a promise to be back even stronger next year.
